In these unprecedented times of rapidly escalating prices, Royal is working harder than ever to operate more efficiently while we continue to meet or exceed your expected service levels. Many of our competitors have chosen to institute fuel surcharges, or increase existing surcharges, and raise their minimum order size. Royal is standing firm. We have never charged a fuel surcharge and will NOT institute a fuel surcharge EVER. Further, our 5-case minimum for free, next-day delivery has been in place for 40-plus years and will remain unchanged in the future. I firmly believe the prices and terms we quote you will be the total cost of your supplies.

We will constantly work as your partner to minimize your overall costs. We do ask for your cooperation that, whenever possible, you consolidate your orders to allow us to handle fewer transactions and deliveries.

Many of our competitors have unilaterally raised their fuel surcharge and increased their minimum order.  These actions could amount to several thousand dollars in hidden costs to you. We hope you consider Royal’s position on these charges and terms when you evaluate your supply partner.
